About the Photographer:

Erik W. L. Anderson has frequented the BWCA, Quetico, Gunflint, and Echo Trail areas most of his life. He was a 1986 Honor Graduate of Cook County High School in Grand Marais.

Erik started photography seriously in sixth grade, and since then has had over five hundred photographs published in various newspapers, books, and magazines. Erik's photography can be found throughout our site. The photographs featured here were with Nikon D70S / FE2 / EM, Sony Mavica, and a Zeiss-Ikon Contaflex.

Erik and his wife, Kimberly, reside with their daughter, Autumn Joy, in Lakeville, MN.
