Where we went:
The fall colors burst out over night! We drove up the Gunflint on
the 20th and enjoyed some nice colors by Elbow Lake, but the colors were
pretty tame the rest of the way up to Gunflint. Friday we went up
to Seagull, and Saganaga. The colors were nice, but still not
much. Saturday was a completely different story. Colors were
beautiful everywhere we looked! Of the wildflowers this week, I
enjoyed the purple aster the most which was very abundant.
